SCOTT SHELDON, Estimator / Project Manager
Scott Sheldon joined Sheldon Construction Inc in 2001 after spending 18 years in California owning and managing his own company. Scott's background is in management, computer science and marketing. At Sheldon Construction Inc he focuses on environmental cleanup, emergency response, site work and demolition projects. He handles all phases from estimating to closeout. He is in constant contact with our clients, subcontractors and vendors during the estimating phase and provides seamless project coordination once we start a project. We have found that having one person manage these smaller projects from start to finish eliminates lag time that can occur when different phases are handled by separate departments. This is obviously critical when performing emergency response and environmental cleanup. On large projects, Scott assists as needed as part of an estimating or management team. Scott promotes technology development at Sheldon Construction Inc such as computerizing the estimating process through the use of spreadsheets, databases and digitizing prints.
